Pour conduire au Vietnam, il faut obtenir un permis de conduire vietnamien sur la base de son permis français.

L’échange du permis de conduire français contre un permis de conduire vietnamien est effectué sur la base d’une stricte réciprocité entre la France et le Vietnam, ce qui dispense de tout examen pratique.

- Procédure à suivre pour l’obtention du permis Vietnamien:

1. Être résident au Vietnam
2. Remplir le formulaire de demande d’échange de permis.
3. Faire traduire son permis de conduire :à Ho Chi Minh-Ville, au Comité populaire du 1er arrondissement (49rue Le Duan). Il n’est plus nécessaire de faire certifier conforme une copie de ce permis au préalable.
4. Une fois le formulaire signé et la traduction du permis de conduire faite, rapporter le tout avec 2 photos au format 3x4cm, le passeport et carte de résident ou visa valable au service de la circulation.
